Automatic Scaffolding Workface Assessment for Activity Analysis through Machine Learning

Scaffolding serves as one construction trade with high importance. However, scaffolding suffers from low productivity and cost in Australia. Activity Analysis is a continuous procedure of assessing improving the amount time that craft workers spend on single trade, which functional method for monitoring onsite operation analyzing conditions causing delays or decline. Workface assessment an initial step activity analysis to manually record each category. This paper proposes automatic workface using 2D video camera capture activities model key joints skeleton extraction, well machine learning classifiers, were used classification. Additionally, case study was conducted showed proposed feasible practical way assessment.
